Pogo
Built in 1997 by artist David Blight,
Pogo will lead this years pageant
along with eleven Penny Farthings.
Clowns have always been a favourite character in the pageant and Pogo has got to be the biggest clown ever in the event. The music accompanying Pogo is all related to bikes.
